For every *.css file must exists a mirror-file with the "_rtl" suffix.
Compare every ***_rtl.css with the original css and add the RTL modifications into the ***_rtl.css.

You didn't tell me which file I should edit !? Common or what ? I need to know the file so I can even make rtl.css file as you said

Digg the interesting DOM elements and it's style:
Something like "Right click on the element -> Inspect Element".
You will see the actual element styles and the used css file names.
