a WARN when i hit "like" button!?

Hello All Friends!
when i hit like button at first post of each treads, a warn or massege was shown! and like not works,
i see this issue in my forum and also here! (codersclub), whats wrong?

Clicked the "Like" button.

I was getting this same error on my localhost but after refresh all were working fine.

I have digged that the problem appears from here:
source/module/forum/forum_misc.php:

1. [1557]        if(empty($_GET['hash']) || $_GET['hash'] != formhash()) {
   
2. [1558]                showmessage('submit_invalid');
   
3. [1559]        }

Copy the Code

But WHY the 'hash' value is empty or is wrong, I still not understand...
Anybody can trace/debug this code?
