site is not showing announcements

site is not showing announcements....
just now added a new announcement and when i came to the forum it was not showing it....
any one knows how to fix this.....
.......

What i did....
opened the site>admin> control panel>extensions>announcements>add>added an announcement and saved.....
Discuz then said Site Announce added succesfully[something like that ]in green colour..
and then i open the main site and saw that the announcement was not on the Home forum...whats more it was also not in any sub forum or forum home...........the announcement was not to be seen anywhere....

no i havent changed anything in the templates.....but still i restored to the orignal..........by opening default skin>Restore.........but damm it, it is still not working.....i still have an announcement on but now it doesnt even shows it...any one knows a fix
