How to create and edit forum main links??

Hi guys i want to knw how can i edit buttons such as PORTAL/FORUM/SPACE/ which is in the homescreen and gv them links,and there are no buttons for mobile view..???

The mobile version is available in footer links, but you can move it using " forum.php?mobile=yes "

Remember! If you want to open mobile view, you have to enable this function (global -> mobile access -> enable -> yes).
