creating a HOW TO? forum for learning Discuz

I suggest to Dear Admin;
to create a HOW TO? subforum(or other title with for this purpose) in learning and teaching theme, for new users that want to learn ;  working with Discus ,how to install discuz ML, create forums, edit, and so on...

this forum helps all new users, and all Q&A gathered in on forum,
for this, we only need to "Move" some existing Treads to that sub-forum, and some titles must be edited.
