Forum Structure Reorganizing

We have dicided to change the current forum structure for do it more clean and more convenient for our visitors.
Please be patient while we are shuffled Categories, Forums and Threads.

We have decided to lock all changelog topics (X3, X2.5, X2).

Reason is simple: these topics are NOT for discussions!

you mean that "posting" in those threads is specified to Admins and managers, yes?
this is right decision.
