Mesage while opening admin centre ...Please delete install/index.php via FTP!

Hi guys i am getting this message when i am logging in admin centre....Please delete install/index.php via FTP!

Admin centre is working but still should i delete the file or not???

The file itself is very good.
But everybody in the Net (not you) can crash your job if he go to the install.php.

I have deleted it.
