If plugin not show in Cpanel when you want to install it

you can do it manually by this link

http://yourlink/admin.php?frames=yes&action=plugins&operation=import&dir=pluginfolder

another easy solution for that:

just make another file name without    _SC_UTF8 word.

and lets say pluginXX_SC_UTF8.xml make another copy to pluginXX.xml

system will recognise it as Default language

I need proof!
The plugin(s) itself. more explanation and screenshots...

That i dont have......since  i installed the plugins using kaaleth's method to call it using a link.....
and only happens with some plugins.......not all.
