upload untill to 100% auto cancel

Step by step...

01.jpg is my upload, and after it auto cancel the file


after i refresh my browser it show i have 1 unused image and i click use


it become this, so i select the file i want.



the picture can dispay....

1) Check for max upload size in php.ini
2) Check for write permission for the /data/ folder and all the folders inside the /data/

i think hosting no problem juz dunno sql which get the error
i re-install my forum everything solved
after i restore back my data, i get back same error

get show me which is control img location at sql database...2 days already

day is long... life is short...

My suggestion:
DO NOT UPDATE NEW FORUM!

1) Do not remove your old site, just MOVE it to a subfolder, i.e. "old".
Or install your current site from a backup at any other host, i.e. at LOCALHOST!

2) Install a new forum from stratch

3) MANUALLY create the same threads like in old forum.
Just use Copy/Paste.

P.S.
Or just hire any qualified IT-specialist for make the upgrade job...

When ı try upload new photo auto cancel
I can upload images to Portal editor
