can i change language
after the header switch to what i selected the language?

For now there exists only one multilingual plugin

Your variants:
1) Translate your plugin to your language. Reinstall it from admincp.
2) Wait for we finished the multilingual feature for plugins.

This can be because of encoding conflict.
x/ML can work only with UTF8-encoded files.
Check your plugins encoding!
The name must be like
discuz_plugin_xxxxxx_EN_UTF8.xml
discuz_plugin_xxxxxx_SC_UTF8.xml
discuz_plugin_xxxxxx_TC_UTF8.xml
etc.
The first line in that type files mus be the next:

1. <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

and click to install these i was purchase

after go to the install page, and it show
