Portal block does not check permission

Today I have seen at our portal page and found a bug.

The top-left portal block "Today" (today posts) shows ALL the newed thread without checking of the visitor Read Permission.

For example:
At least two thread from the thread list are placed in the special category/forum with a high permissin level (Only moderators and higher members can view that threads)

But the portal block shows that info to EVERYONE including unregistered guests.

Sorry, it's my bad. It seems like bug..

I fixed it here by selecting all forums without specials. I think it's a one way to disable private discussions on portal.

When we are making a portal blocks, we can set forum categories which are showing threads. Default value is ALL FORUMS so we should do it manualy (uncheck private forums).

Is it bug? I don't know. Maybe it's a chinese logic. But thanks for alert.
