problem with pre_ (table) when installing?

When i instal and put the server user and pass i left blank the field table (pre_) and after opening the site it has Cloud CP and i am unable to handle it as it is in chinese.. What i have to put up in that blank field when instaling,if left blank it clears the data....

After clearing mandatory cache the admin centre got empty and there was an option name qq ,i cn only aces that thng and  need to create an acount there bt hard to understand as all was in chinese ,aftr instaling the QQ plugin in becomed more hard as there came an option as Cloud CP and inside were all the setings for forum,user,admins,styles etc... It become hard so i reinstalled the site without clearing the cache and it came back to normal ....
