1) It would be nice to publish a file FULL PATH
2) Closing the <li> tag is not mandatory required, if the next tag is <li> or </ul>

do not touch these files !!! do not use automatic update system !!!

It's official discuz! NOT multilingual. We have to bring all changes into Discuz! X ML. Then you can update your local copy and update your discuz. Just follow our changelogs and repositories.
