Dear friends, when I install the plugins and it shows all unreaderable code, why this happen?

Thanks for your collection, yeah I installed the chinese plugins, but I set default language to any languages it still didn't work and showing unreadable codes.

It is because of your plugin language file require to use English encoding:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1"?>

But your plugin have another encoding!
1) Use only UTF8 encoded file, i.e. discuz_plugin_pluginname_SC_UTF8.xml!
2) Before install, change the first line to:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
