Why Blog in codersclub & ML version has some differences

Hello Friends
i saw Blogs in codersclub (here). Blog section in codersclub.org has some difference with Discuz X2.5 ML !
you can see this differences(icons, Header of page, vertical and horizontal assortment) in below screen shots.
Is there any specefic setting for this, in Admin CP ?
Or other thing?
