That modification is already applied to dzx!ML 2.0, 2.5 and 3.0.
The original code allows only 80 BYTES in a title.
But our ML code allows 80 CHARACTERS in a title.
In some cases this value even can overflow the database 'title' field (length=255 bytes),
because of every national utf-8 characters can consists FROM 2 UP TO 6 BYTES!

Maximum characters allowed Ends.
But this problem does not exist in version 2, 2.5 and 3 of Discuz! X
Do you have a solution to this problem in Discuz! X1.5?

30 Arabic characters are equal about 80 bytes.
And original Discuz allows only 80 bytes in a title...

And the solution is the same....
You can do it by yourself.
Or just upgrade to x!ML2++

I had the same problem ,, and the solution is to update the version to x2 or x2.5 or x3 as vot said
