SEO problem in X3

Hello Friends
I setup SEO of my forum as Vot's manual. all thing be OK, but last night i checked some URLs, i saw in some forums, threads shown as non-SEO setting.
this problem saw only in threads of a some forums not threads list or forums list,

In SEO we see:

1. /thread-458-1-1.html

Copy the Code

In non-SEO we see(for another thread):

1. /forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=614&extra=page%3D1%26filter%3Dsortid%26sortid%3D2%26sortid%3D2

Copy the Code

I replaced SEO codes of .htaccess file by new generated one, but no changed (cache updated),
why some threads are SEO and another one not??!!!

Why Codersclub not use SEO?
Using UlinkSEO (Khalid's share) is safe? or am i use ?
