Can't acess UCenter after host change!

I can't access UCenter from admincp, after host migration..
Whenever I try to login, the page is just refreshing..
What I have done is as follows:
*Restored the file & db backup
*Edited config_global.php, config.inc.php with appropriate db username & password of the new host..
* Even resetted the Ucenter password by editing config.inc.php file
However I cant access UCenter even with the resetted password...the login page is refreshing
How to fix this??

Fortunately, i found that it was working after domain activation..
I unparked the older .tk domain from the previous host & parked them on the new host & after 12 hours of domain activation, i could access UCenter without any problem..
U may be also experiencing that due to any domain issue.. Check that..
