Problem while installing.

I am suffering a problem while installing discuz X3. check the screen shots below.

While asking "Database server host address, usually localhost", I entered my site name and it gave me an error of it. Did I entered something wrong/uneven.

If your database is placed at the same server where your site is working,
you have to enter "localhost" into that field.

I have uploaded 3 screen shots there but are not visible.

localhost entered,

Database name:
Database username:
Database password:

Is the name of the database,username and password should be the same which I created or will be mabe aoutomatically?

Oh...... I did it..... Installed X3 and made my site, working fine, thanks to vot.
