Falling popups in polish language pack

Polish language pack has bug. All popup's aren't working. If you grab some, they will go away. Moreover it works fine on my localhost, but here not (#251).
Additionality, when you are reading posts, you can see that header is more bigger than before.

I found this bug a few days ago and I can't find solution for it and my time is really limited now. Will be glad if you help me.

I think, the bug reason is because of you forget to remove the UTF-8 "BOM" tag in the lang_country.php

Removed the BOM here.
The bug is disappeared

How to simulate a problem step by step?

1. Enter: forum -> topic
2. Use Moderator Tools for example: Close
3. Try to grab popup and move somewhere.

Now I see the problem.
I think you wanted to say "drag" (not "grab")...

I have found out that the upper Mod-menu is working/dragging OK.
But the same bottom menu is not dragged.
