When i try to upload more than 100 MB file size.  Then error is occured

Maybe your hosting provieder set limit size for zip files

1) Look at phpinfo() output
2) Look at php.ini configuration
3) Try to use another browser (i.e. built-in Android Browser)
4) Try to use another computer
5) Try to use another site
6) Try to use another hosting

In past also same problem between   GOOGLE PLAY STORE and manys BANKS CREDIT CARDS (Like UNION BANK OF INDIA etc).  People NOT  able to purchase apps .
Solution came GOOGLE PLAY STORE AND BANKS BOTH updates their server problems solved .

Pls talk to all Android Browser, like   ( Chrome, Firefox, Mozilla, Maxthon, UC browser, Opera Browser , Dolphin Browser, Habit Browser and Puffin Browser  ETC ) to solved this problem pls sir

here is my php.ini file....i dont think it has any errors.....
