How to change DIY:Module language

Hi Vot, DIY: Module keep same language, can not be change to another one.
But DIY:Start and DIY:Frame work fine.

Not clear.
Its better to state a problem with a screenshot .or in better explained way.
+with the website link for us to test. Vot does not replies to incomplete threads.
