i am making great changes in my forum Discuz X3 ML and need some answers ??

1 ) how can i add a new identification method other than IP because some may register many times from the same computer using the proxy ??

2 ( how to add points directly to members or how to set a value for the rating ؟
for example when rate +ve the system add 10 or 15 points
