Can not switch language (多语言 无法切换)

  首次安装后(在不登录的情况下) ,可以随意切换任何国家的语言(自动刷新马上能看到效果) ， 一但登录 并且 登录管理后台 ~导入旧数据~优化数据表清理碎片~更新缓存，再退出！ 首页和其它页就无法切换语言了 (点切换后,自动刷新网页未能成功切到目标语言，手动刷新也无法切换到目标语言).

登录前台 或 登录后台 切换语言的话,一切正常!   退出后 就无法切换了!      

@补充~ 在  全局 » 站点信息  » 关闭站点 --> 是。 在这样的状态下也能正常切换语言      一但开启站点又不行了

我的是X3.0版本 ！其中一次是这样的~切换不了语言，我重装论坛，安装好后，试验切换 一切正常 ，但是当我导入旧数据时，更新缓存 幸运的话就没有问题，但是当我去到数据库 优化数据表后，更新缓存 ，退出以访问身份浏览，切换语言就没有效果了！

这样重装试验过几次~其中一次优化数据表 是单条： per_conmmon_syscache

还有一次是多条：
               per_conmmon_syscache
               per_conmmon_failedlogin
               per_conmmon_member_action_log
               per_conmmon_plugin
               per_conmmon_pluginvar
               per_conmmon_syscache

   我在http://codersclub.org/discuzx 测试 会员身份登录 和 访客身份  都能正常实时切换。 不知道管理员是不是也一样？ 你们有这样的情况吗？
