How to Set up portal like here in codersclub

i want to set up my portal like here...
can anyone provide me the import file which i can use to import blocks to my forum????

Open DIY panel then go to Import -> System built-in and select template that you want.

oh that did the trick.....i only checked the first one......so i thought i dont have any default tempplate...he he..
