How to restrict the admin account to one IP

is this possible to restrict login of the admin account to specific IP or IP range

so if any one tried to access from outside it wont work ??

If you want to change enabled IP list from CPanel,
you can use your PhpMyAdmin,
but you have to know a database structure very well in this case.

i deleted the IP but still cant access my Admin CP by anyway
how can i reset it or make me able to enter @vot
