The shown page: General Discuz! X discussion loads fine on UC Browser for me..
This may be a bug in your browser...or might be your network problem..
Confirm whether it happens always... I assume that it is temporary..
Contact your browser support team, if you desperately want to solve such temporary bugs..

Confirm always happen and problrm is in uc browser v9.8 and in China also in uc browser v9.8,

Problem is in uc browser v9.8  Both (Chinese and English). Only coderclub.org is not working Rest discuz forums r working for example (Freeware society etc)  Pls talk to To UC Devekopers also
