[group chat] fake refresh

Chat should be refreshed after joining. You have to ALWAYS refresh manually chat to see new messages from users.

How to simulate?

1. Open Private Messages center.
2. Open Free Talk conversation.
3. Look at the latest message.
4. Click refresh (60 sec.) button.
5. Look at the latest message.
6. Refresh webpage in your browser.
7. Look at the latest message again.

I would like to add some more info.
In mobile version (WAP), this problem gets even worse, that we can only see the first few messages. Even refreshing won't help in mobile version.
So mobile users are also  stuck with the older messages.
For simulating this, just enter the group chat through mobile(WAP) mode..
For mobile users, the only way to access recent messages is by shifting to PC View & entering 'Group Chat log' which is found in the chat page.
PS: This bug is not found in Discuz! X2
