How to install an plugin manually from app center?

in app center, plugins are installed automatically to your discuz.
How to get the plugin package and install it manually?
I am trying to translate and modify some plugins
Help, please

I know we use same app center but sometimes ask me select langue

If a plugin contains only one XML file, so no question asked on installation.
But if the plugin have few XML files, your AdminCP will ask you, what the language to use.

For this moment there is no possibility to just download a plugin.
But you can try to use another way:
1) Install a plugin as is
2) Translate/modify the plugin manually

Comsenz delete xml files after installing. If you didn't chose language when installing (click cancel). Plugin install package stay with language xml files on your FTP ( source/plugin)

I am not sure of that
I think Xml files will not be deleted after installing in app center. I can still find xml in plugin diretories.
Most of the X3 plugins are compatiable with all four kinds of encoding discuz packages. There will be four xml files stays in those diretories.

What do you mean by "choose language", It is all automatially done now in app center.

I dont know sometines its ask select langue not for all plugins
When installing plugin we need select langue TC SC UTF... .After select lang xml files deleted but ıf ı didnt select langue and click cancel xml files not deleted.I use Discuz x3.1.Your version X3?

And ıf you copy plugin folder to other websites /source/plugin you can install it from admin cp>>plugin

I mean in app center, it is all automatically done. Auto detecting language and auto installing.I dont see any cancel button. not in X3.1 or X3.
