Hi Vot, the plugins built-in the forum are unavailable. I guess that's why there is no enable button. I downloaded other plugins (in both GBK and UFT8).They worked but in a messy code. Please take a look. Thank you!This is the screenshot.

You cant disable or enable built-in plugins thats normal

New downloaded plugins must be converted to UTF-8 first and then translated.
