login to c-panel

hi guys....
how we can login to c-panel of our forum??
c-panel (admin panel).
only we but open www.oursite.com/admin.php  link??
or not have extara way for open of c-panel??
ucenter have not online web version??

i can not open sub forums of my forum or some parts....
but i can open all part of forum from Archive

archive have not problem.....
i think probably problem is from
templates of my forum..
i will go to c-panel and change
templates...but i can not open admin c-panel(admin center) on the forum
now u can help me sis??

i know about admin center well... more times i work with it...
but when i lost (missed)my forum at last...
too i lost admin center panel....

you have a really messed up forum .
since most of the functions are messed up.
You have 2 options.
1.Refresh the forum by updating the forum [i dont have much knowledge about this]
2.Re install the forum from from zero ,and do not use cloud services .

You can use the same database so protect your members in the forum.
Sadly i am not a pro on this so i may have missed something on this part.
Do Take up more information before taking an action.
And Make A Backup of your forum and database.

I think you are doing something wrong and you can't describe us what. Install fresh forum and don't touch any advanced options! If you have some question, just ask us anytime!

Also i think most hosts keep a weekly backup too of their servers.
Maybe they may have then...
mine keeps 5 backups ,1 per week.
and can restore the whole root folder with all databases.....
And free of cost ...

ok thanks dears for your support will....
i too not programmerand dont know well about discuz....
but i thnink there are 3 way for it....
1-give new backup from host server
(I WILL TALK ABOUT IT WITH MY HOST)
2-how is i give a back up from my all text (a back up from database, a backup from topics) and make a new forum...
i hope you understand it...give a database backup and remove forum and again make forum and upload that backup to new  forum
YOU THINK I CAN DO IT? HAVE NOT PROBLEM
now my backup have problem bcz is from all (my texts and topics have not problem only forum have problem)
3- find of ucenter file from in the host and remove it and upload new ucenter file to my host

Why Ucenter? Have you modified it before? If yes, why?
