do we can send mail to our users in the discuz???
sendv mail to usres of our discuz foruM??
how we can do it??
too how we can give a list from mails of users??

Login to ACP then go to Users -> Newsletter.

In second step, you will be able to choose between real e-mail message and forum reminder.
