Discuz F is based on original Discuz X with some fixes made by fans.

Discuz ML is based on original Discuz X with integrated tool that enable to you to use this great software with many languages. It's more advanced system.

So... as you can see, Discuz F and Discuz ML are two diffrent things.

Because original Discuz X and Discuz F are (very) similar you can translate it by yourself. Language packs from Discuz ML are NOT fully compatible with Discuz/Discuz F system.
