What is the Discuz Table Software?

Hello,

I would like to know from you what is the name of the built-in table software for Discuz, because I think it is one of the best.

I mean, if I copy a random table from an HTML page, the copy-paste is very easy and I get the same table from the other site I copy it from. Example:

I would like to know the name of this software and if it is possible to use it also in other sites/forums without Discuz.

There is an "element inspector" built-in into all the modern browsers.
I.e. Firefox - Right click - Inspect element.
