How to modify the "Sorry, your account or IP address is banned...

When my user register to my forum, they go in the "Waiting for verification" (I set forbidden for Waiting for verification group),  now I need to change the message: "Sorry, your account or IP address is banned, you can not access the site."

I set forbidden for Waiting for verification group

It is your mistake.
It is you who banned your new user
"Forbidden" means disabled (or BANNED).

I wouldn't take something like that.
So....

I turn on "Manual validation" the global --- register/access page.
Manual validation = new user's group will be a system group (groupid:8)
I set permission the groupid:8 (not ban group).
I've already enabled user then user's group groupid:10
I set permission the groupid:10 (groupid:10 same kind groupid:8)
I set the Point strategy and "E-mail verification" pont enable.
When the user verification his email then get X point.
The X point = new usergroup (groupid:11)
