Problems with Remote Attachments

I actived Remote Attachments in discuz and the test is successful but I have this erorr as I want upload files.

Please help me solve that.

Check the error_log file.
Check the upload size in php.ini.

Try setup chmod 777 "to public_html" directory

check if the FTP account is enabled to delete files.

Explain what the files/folders did you set to 777?
It is required to set 777 to the "data" folder and all the folders inside it.
Moreover, it would be nice to set 666 to all the files inside "data" recursively.
