Whats about when add new style for international discuz?

hi all,

yesterday i add new style in my site in localhost used  international discuz
for LTR styles noproblem!
but for RTL show many problems

i think RTL languages Not be in the multi-version

for many Reasons

I will make a separate Arabic version with vot help


Arabic version will be based on English verison


I request from vot tow things :-

1- Remove RTL from multi-lang
2- update English ver 167 to last patch to start translate to arabic

1- when I install new skin it extend_common.css will be based on common.css not common_rtl.css ...etc and this will make problem when arabic lang show.
2- I perefer Arabic pack To be separated to more Simplicity use be arabic admins
3- multi- discuz will Succeed without arabic becuase arabic sites usually don't use multi (things)
4- I hope you update separate english verison  to last patch to translate it .

I do not want to support multiple products (it is very hard).
I offer to use the same engine for Arabic and other languages.
But we can made some special settings for Arabic version,
i.e. disable the language switcher.
And we can force to extend css from common_rtl.css for Arabic.
This will looks like the single Arabic (or any other language) version without multilingual features.
Is this solution ok?

Latest English version is placed in repository:

(I do not remember what the revision is latest)
