$1000 - Expand the Group Forum functionality

My customer want ths task be solved:

Budget: $1000
Time period: 3-4 weeks

Task Description:

For now any Group is equal to a single forum.
Group ID is the same as it's forum ID.
And there is only one forum ID for a Group.

It is required that any (and every) group may have a full-featured forum functionality!
I.e. when you are going to any Group home page, you will see the same like in the main forum index!

Group: the_group_name
Group Logo,
Group description
[group options]
Group Forum Index:

• Grop Forum Category 1
  • Group Forum 1.1
    • Group Sub-forum 1.1.1
      • Group Sub-forum  thread 1.1.1.1
      • Group Sub-forum  thread 1.1.1.2
    • Group Sub-forum 1.1.2
      • Group Sub-forum  thread 1.1.2.1
      • Group Sub-forum  thread 1.1.2.2
• Grop Forum Category 2
  • Group Forum 2.1
    • Group Sub-forum 2.1.1
    • Group Sub-forum 2.1.2

No.
For now there is NO categories/sub-forums in a Group.
The Group database structure must be rewritten.
