please name your patches by any standard method,
i.e.
ch_patch1, ch_patch2, ch_patch3, etc.

Quiestion:
Why the file static/image/common/vlineb.png was changed to vlineb_rtl.png ?
It is more reasonable to edit the vlineb.png for using both in LTR & RTL styles.

maybe ;) I'm not so powerful in photoshop to edit those files. for this file I did something simple: rotate pic symmetry horizontally.

I did something simple: rotate pic symmetry horizontally.

1) open vlineb.png
2) make a copy
3) Rotate the copy
4) decrease the copy width from the left by 20 px
5) copy the copy to main image as a new layer upper the main layer
6) move the second (copy) layer to the upper-right corner
7) Save as PNG.
