How to add Border Line to Forum Category

I commented out the forum category header in discuz.htm line 77-86 (see attached file).
I want to add back the border line between category. How to do it?

open this file template\default\common\common.css

find:

.bm_c {
padding: 10px;

Copy the Code

add after:

border:1px solid #C2D5E3;

Copy the Code
