I see this problem in : Arabic and french version

All files are in UTF8 allready.

May be, AJAX respond header is not UTF-8 encoding...
I will check the problem reason...

Checked.
It is not ajax.
It is a wrong encoding of lang_country.php:

Arabic lang_country is encoded with Ansi/WIndows-1256.
French lang_country is encoded with Ansi/WIndows-1250.

Need to recode to UTF-8!!!
