About Change language

I have a one more suggestion about language change setting.
I want that "change language" style is settable by website administrator on admin panel.--vertical popup or horizontal view. etc.
At Admin panel, Language navigation menu is added under Navigation menu.

And the "display position" setting option as like:
"left vertical popup"
"right vertical popup"
"left horizontal popup"
"right horizontal popup"
"left horizontal view"
"right horizontal view"
and "lt, rt vertical view" is unnecessary.

In case of "horizontal popup and view" style, I think that "Change language:" and "national title " sentence must be disappered.

Sample Language navigation menu screen like top navigation screen:

Below is the screenshot of horizontal view style of my website:
But it is made by modifying source code not setting in admin panel.(because such setting menu is absent.)

Your idea is very good,
but the truth does not convince me, imagine 20 languages,
For my part would be ideal for 2 or 3 languages.

Yes, I think so.
Use language more than 5--->default style "right vertical popup" is appropriate.
But as like my website, language less than 5-->"right horizontal view" style is appropriate.
for the more simple mouse action to change language and the catch of support language at a glance.
And also many websites support less than 5 language.

I think that the discussion about change language style--vertical popup or horizontal view style is minor issue.
Than that issue, I want to change usable languages on admin panel than configuration file modification.
Configuration global file modification is annoying and occaionally dangerous in case of an inexperinced administrator like me. ^^

I first planned to solve this task by adding a new setting "language_select_popup=true/false".

But the idea of ionobgy is more complex.
We can try to EXTEND this idea yet more!

1) Add the language management module
2) Choose default language
3) Choose language list layout
4) Available language list ( enable, disable, rename, reorder)
5) Add, CLONE, remove language pack
6) Show file list in the language pack
7) Edit any language file
8) what else?

I saw that thread.
and then I applied that  to my website (http://obgy.or.kr) by source code modification.

But admin panel setting is better than source code modification.
