I newly install a site, then backup the database, then try the restore function, it give me the following error.
I did copy both utility/lang_restore.php and utility/restore.php files to "data" directory.

Warning: require_once(D:\xampp\htdocs\sghousingtalk\data/../utility/lang_restore.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in D:\xampp\htdocs\sghousingtalk\data\restore.php on line 547

Temporarily solution:

to the folder /utility/

where is this folder /utility/, at root directory? You mean I must copy the whole utility folder to root directory? I did not do that, I just copy lang_restore.php and restore.php to folder "data', could it be I did wrongly?

restore.php looks for lang_restore.php in the "utility" folder that is placed one level upper from the restore.php.

OK, I have done it successfully.
first copy utility/restore.php to "data" folder.
second, copy the whole "utility" folder to root directory (or same level as "data" folder).

The above was doing on my pc.

when I try it over internet site, it give the following error.

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@sghousinglist.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

My server has nothing wrong because I can reinstall the site again without problem.

The "Internal Server Error"  most likely caused by network. I changed to another network provider network the problem does not exist.

It is strange that adminCP make a call to outide file restore.php, which is often absent...
I'm trying to solve the problem...

Temporary recommendation:
Do not use the X2 built-in backup/restore functions!
It is better to use the system backup from your hosting panel or your shell.
