how to clear cache of ACP

Hello,
Please i want to know how to clear cache of ACP, I tried to clear it throught "Tools" in CP, but id didn't clear it (it update only cache of the forum not the ACP), and changes i made to admincp_rtl.css doesn't occur.

You did all right.
No other actions required.

Moreover, X2 uses admincp[_rtl].css directly, without a cache.
