About watermark

I have two  question.
I enabled watermark.
And I view watermark attached image.

1st question or wish,
I want to support no watermark image at special member group on same image.
But if I set watermark, Screen image and downloaded image all is  attached by watermark.
Any User group cannot get not watermaked image.
At permission setting panel, setup about watermark is absent.

2nd question or wish,
Is watermark image resizing  possible  along original image size ?
regardless of watermark type (Image watermark or Text watermark)

If possible, what method can enable it?
Help me please.
