Hi, vot I can't install DZX2.5 ML

I used TortoiseSVN downloaded the install file from this link,  I've uploaded those files in folder ‘upload’ to my server, But I can't install dz，the My browser shows blank.

Can I install the official version,
after it finished then use your files to replace those ??

1) Download the latest version: http://www.wampserver.com/en/
2) Install
3) Install Discuz

I'm using this on a server not a local one~~~
I'm also wandering where can we install the English version.
this multi_lang dosen't work well with the qing Theme.
I am new to this.

The templates are incompatible with the Discuz!X2.5 ML , what you can do is to install the chinese language and replaced by the eenglish
