I have an idea:
Let us get some localized DzX version as a standalone base
(for example we can get my English version for this purpose),
and create some differend language packs for it!

Such type language packs will have a unified structure and will offer to use the same standalone engine with different languages.

As far as I know, we allready have for now some language variations:
English, German, Spanish, Thai, etc. ...

Why not?
But this not a full solution
There are some problems with such type solutions:
1) Template parser insert language variables into compiled template file. So we need to create new template cache for each used language.
2) Javascripts are NOT localized in this solution.

I plan to use another multilingual solution - the same as I realized in my UCHome ML.
My solution does not require separated templates and javascripts for each new language,
because of my javascripts are multilingual allready,
and my template parser compile only one universal file used by all the languages.
