In C:\Users\Dawid\Desktop\X25\ I have this same file ext... I have no idea how to get correctly files, it's complicated.

Short instruction:

How to make your working copy:

1) Download and install TortoiseHG
2) Start file explorer, go to the parent folder of your future project, i.e. C:\Users\Dawid\Desktop
3) Create you project folder (MUST BE EMPTY!!!), i.e. C:\Users\Dawid\Desktop\X25\
4) While browse the parent folder, right click on your project folder (X25)
5) Choose from the context menu:
    TortoiseHG -> Clone...
6) Set the repository URL & working copy location:
Source: https://code.google.com/p/discuz-lang/
Destination:  C:\Users\Dawid\Desktop\X25
then  click "Clone"
7) After finishing you will get your working copy in C:\Users\Dawid\Desktop\X25
8) Do not touch the system folder C:\Users\Dawid\Desktop\X25\.hg\ !!!

Because of official template does not know about multiple languages...
If you know how to solve the compatibility problem - you are welcome!

It's not good, if we have no solution for this problem, but I will try.

It's simple.
Just compare the header template files from default skin and from your skin,
and add the corresponding rows from default to your file....
