i need discuz 2.5 'not multi lang' germany or english ..language...plz give me the link.

You can disable multilingual feature in x2.5ML, so the engine become single-lingual.

x2.5ML = http://code.google.com/p/discuzx25/

Languages = http://code.google.com/p/discuz-lang/

There is no download link.
But you can use the TortoiseHG client for download the project.
