Do you mean "create a downloadable upgrade package"?
Of course, I can pack all the files together, but....
in this case i will be forced to make such type archives many times per day!!!!
I do not want to do unneeded job, and I do not want you do the same

There is a great reason to upgrade,
because of new release have a lot of bugs fixed.

But if you do not want to upgrade - no problems, stay as is...
